Marc Saighman

Marc serves clients in Missouri and Kansas with powerful, effective representation.

Marc’s clients’ goals and needs are always his first priority. While his practice generally focuses on criminal, civil, and domestic litigation, Marc also assists clients with estate planning and real estate-related matters, including landlord-tenant law.

Marc has a passion for advocacy and does not shy away from trial when called upon. In addition, his strong conversational skills in Spanish are often utilized in assisting clients.

Marc received a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Language from William Jewell College. Marc earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, graduating cum laude. During the pursuit of his law degree, Marc served on Law Review and as a Research Assistant for new installments and updates to the real estate treatise Friedman on Leases. Additionally, Marc gained valuable, hands-on experience working as an intern for both the Office of the United States Attorneys and the Missouri State Public Defender’s office.

Marc is a member of the Missouri Bar, Kansas Bar, and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association. Marc also has served for a number of years on the Board of Directors for The Bacchus Foundation in various roles including Legal Counsel, President, and Chairman of the Board.
